These terms govern use of the websites and technology services provided by Binaried Technologies Private Limited. By using a service, you agree to its applicable terms. Product-specific terms or a written service agreement govern the relevant product where they differ from these general terms.
Using our services
Provide accurate information, protect your account credentials, and use our services lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, infringe others’ rights, or misuse personal information. You must have authority to accept these terms, including on behalf of any organization you represent.
Content and intellectual property
You retain your rights in content you provide and are responsible for having permission to use it. You allow us to process that content as necessary to provide the requested service. Our software, branding, and website material remain the property of their respective owners; using a service does not transfer those rights.
Service availability and third parties
Services may change or be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Third-party products, linked websites, and integrations may have their own terms. We may restrict access where needed to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements.
Fees and product terms
Any paid service is subject to the pricing and payment terms presented for that service or agreed in writing. HiNivaas users should also read the HiNivaas Terms of Service. The service updates section below explains how the nature of a matter, available channels, your communication preferences, and required permissions guide delivery. For HiNivaas, the policies of the society where you own a unit or live also guide the relevance and timing of updates.
Service updates and your choices
Binaried Technologies uses contact information for updates relevant to your account and the services you use, including service availability, maintenance, billing, and payments.

Updates may use available app, push, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone services, depending on the matter and your communication preferences.
Choosing and saving an enabled SMS or WhatsApp preference gives the identified service permission to send the updates described for that channel. Switching it off and saving withdraws that permission. We obtain the permissions required by applicable law and the messaging provider.
You can withdraw permission for any or all optional service-message channels through the available product preferences or by contacting us. HiNivaas users can switch off SMS, WhatsApp, or both in personal Notification Preferences and save.
Message frequency depends on account and service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Service-message choices cover service updates only; marketing requires separate permission.
- Staying informed: Turning off reminders may mean you miss time-sensitive information. It does not change applicable payment obligations or deadlines. This does not limit rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Stopping messages: Switch off SMS or WhatsApp in Notification Preferences and save. For SMS where replies are supported, your messaging provider also handles STOP to unsubscribe. This provider opt-out is separate from your saved app preference, and turning that preference on does not clear a provider block. Reply START where supported or contact us for assistance.
- Help: For SMS where replies are supported, your provider handles HELP. You can also email help@binaried.com. For WhatsApp or destinations that do not support replies, use account preferences or email.
- Delivery: Availability depends on your provider, destination, and the service. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messages should not be relied upon for emergencies.
- Separate communications: Authentication codes you request and notices required by law are handled separately, using permitted channels and any permissions those channels require. Describing an update as important or urgent does not override a withdrawn service-message permission.

Read our Privacy Policy for information about data handling and your communication choices. The same channel preferences and permission requirements apply under both policies.
Responsibility and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to any written service agreement, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or responsibility for indirect losses arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms are governed by Indian law, with disputes subject to the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, subject to mandatory applicable law.
